Civil Engineer with multi- year industry experience in Quality control & Quality assurance processes and deep knowledge of geo technical engineering. His previous assignments include the Athamallick bridge over Mahanadi River & Biju expressway as a Quality Manager. He Currently leads the Quality control division & Transportation Engineering Vertical of the firm.

An Engineering graduate by qualification, prior to co-founding the firm was in construction sector leading the family business. In NBSP, Sandeep heads the general administration & business development division which looks after overall operations of the firm including but not limiting to Human resource management, finance, client relations & marketing.

A Civil Engineering graduate from BPUT with 10 years’ experience in project coordination, quantity surveying, and planning for commercial, residential, and government projects. He led high-profile projects, including SCB Medical College Redevelopment and various developments at JSPL. Currently, he heads the firm’s Architectural & Engineering Consultancy Division.

ER. BUDHADEV SINGHVice President, Lead - Project Management Vertical
A structural engineer with a master’s from NIT Rourkela and 33 years in the industry, Mr. Singh previously served as General Manager (I/c) at SAIL (Rourkela Steel Plant) until 2022. He led major construction and infrastructure projects, is SA 8000:2014 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, and now leads the Project Management Vertical.

Other team members
